Hugo FRANC de FERRIERE, 35, is a dedicated wine producer and cow farmer at Château Carbonneau, a historic family estate nestled in the Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux appellation in France. As part of the fourth generation to steward the château, Hugo works alongside his younger siblings, Pierre and Margot, to honor and evolve their family’s legacy. 

Together, they blend time-honored traditions with a modern and organic approach to both viticulture and livestock farming, ensuring Château Carbonneau thrives as a dynamic, sustainable estate rooted in the heart of Bordeaux.
